Applications of Computational Algebraic Geometry Methods in Science, Math and Engineering
Computational algebraic geometry methods have been extremely useful in solving real-life problems. I will discuss assorted problems out of those I have been working on from different areas of Science (Theoretical Physics, Computational Chemistry, Mathematical Biology), Mathematics (Statistical Topology and solving systems with random coefficients), and Engineering (Synchronization and Power flow problem) in the algebraic geometry context. I will also talk about some of my on-going and future projects, as well as some of the open problems from different areas.
