Room Reservations

Calvin Lab has several rooms that require visitors to make a reservation, and others that are drop-in spaces.
Please note, you need to be affiliated with the Simons Institute to make reservations.

Please note that the Large Auditorium 140 is reserved only for public events.

Room Reservation Request for Program & Pod Organizers

You may submit your room reservation request here, or come find us in the Events Office in person! We require one business day advance notice.*Note: if your request overlaps with a workshop affiliated with your program, or conflicts with a holiday, your request will not be approved.
