Thomas Steinke
Postdoctoral Researcher, IBM Almaden
Thomas Steinke is a postdoctoral researcher at IBM Almaden. He recently graduated with a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University, advised by Salil Vadhan. Prior to that, he was a student at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Steinke's research interests include pseudorandomness (in particular, constructing unconditional pseudorandom generators), data privacy (specifically, understanding the limits of privacy-preserving data analysis), and machine learning.
