Robert Krauthgamer
Professor, Weizmann Institute
Robert Krauthgamer is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at The Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. He received his PhD from the Weizmann Institute in 2001, and became a researcher at the IBM Almaden Research Center, before returning to Weizmann as a faculty member in 2007. His research interests are in algorithms, especially those involving massive data sets, combinatorial optimization, approximation algorithms, and average-case analysis of heuristics.
