Meromit is currently faculty at Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, leading a primarily computational group that studies T cell immunology in the context of cancer and autoimmunity (using high-throughput methods such as single-cell RNA-seq). Meromit did her PhD in computer science with Lior Pachter at UC Berkeley, and her postdoc with Aviv Regev at the Broad Institute.
