Emanuele Natale
Postdoctoral Researcher, Max Planck Institute, Saarbrücken
Emanuele Natale is a postdoc in the Algorithms and Complexity Department at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. Previously, he was a PhD student in Computer Science at the Sapienza University of Rome, under the supervision of Riccardo Silvestri and Andrea Clementi, and a graduate student in the Counting Complexity and Phase Transitions program at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing. His research focuses on what can be computed in a distributed system by exploiting simple randomized protocols, with a primary interest in applications to the collective behavior of biological systems.
