David Ding
Graduate Student, Stanford University
Dawei Ding is a PhD candidate at Stanford University. He studies various areas of theoretical quantum information science, primarily quantum Shannon theory. He also studies quantum chaos as well as its intersection with information theory. Specific topics he has worked on include strong converses, information-theoretic aspects of scrambling, out of time order operators, capacity per unit cost, and the effects of noise on side channel-assisted communication tasks such as quantum key distribution.
