Clément Canonne
Postdoctoral Researcher, IBM Research Almaden
Clément Canonne is currently a postdoctoral researcher at IBM Research Almaden, and will be joining the School of Computer Science at the University of Sydney as a lecturer in January 2021. Prior to that, he was a postdoc in the Stanford Theory Group. Clément obtained his PhD from the computer science department of Columbia University, where he was advised by Professor Rocco Servedio. His main areas of study are property testing—with a focus on distribution testing, learning theory, and, more generally, randomized algorithms and the theory of machine learning.
