Benedikt Bünz is a PhD student at Stanford advised by Dan Boneh. He interested in cryptography especially as it relates to cryptocurrencies. His work mostly focuses on different kinds of cryptographic proofs that can bring efficiency, privacy and security to cryptocurrencies. This includes work on short zero-knowledge proofs (Bulletproofs), verifiable delay functions and cryptographic accumulators.
