A native of Dublin, Ireland, Rob joined the Simons Institute from UC Berkeley’s Office of Public Affairs where he wrote campus-related news and feature articles for the Newscenter website. His professional background also includes a four-year stint in print media, first as a staff writer, then as editor, at an industry-leading trade magazine. Rob holds a BA magna cum laude in psychology and political science from UC Berkeley.
