Gaps and Stretches in Eigenfunctions of Graphs

We will discuss some problems and results on various properties of eigenfunctions of graphs. In particular, we will describe methods to bound the 'stretches' of edges which depend on the eigenvalues, eigenfunctions, and the 'curvature' of graphs.
